应用改进的大鼠肠囊外翻法研究了配伍对丹参提取物中主要成分吸收的影响。通过HPLC-ECD的分离和检测,在给药后的肠吸收液中发现了5个主要成分峰,经HPLC-MS/MS鉴定及标准品确证,其中峰2、3、4、5分别为迷迭香酸、紫草酸、丹酚酸B和丹酚酸A。同时经过来源分析,上述物质可以鉴别为丹参提取物中的主要成分,丹参提取物中另一种主要成分,丹酚酸E则未在肠吸收液中检出。结果显示峰2、3、4代表的成分在配伍药物给药前后没有明显的差异,而峰5(丹酚酸A)则有着明显的增加,这预示着丹酚酸A可能在配伍用药中起到了增加药效的作用。
The effect of compatibility on absorption of the main components of Salvia miltiorrhiza extracts was studied using an improved enteral eversion method.
