在贯彻执行国务院关于节约工业锅炉用煤的精神指导下,我市有许多单位已把小型(0.5~4T/H)蒸汽锅炉改为热水锅炉。仅我局自80年以来就改装了约60台。在合理利用能源、节约煤炭方面,起到了积极作用。但由于在改裝结构上的不合理,致使炉水的循环、对流受到极大的影响,经常造成局部过热,发生锅筒鼓包,烟火管、管板裂纹、爆管等事故,严重影响锅炉的安全运行,甚至不得不被迫停炉,给生产和生活带来损失。这些事故在全市各改裝锅炉的企业中也普遍存在,使节煤工作受到影响,其主要原因如下。
