对四个地区911名CS_2作业男工调查结果,其子代出生缺陷和其妻子自然流产的发生率分别达20.82%和5.97%,均显著高于对照组,其发生率的高低与接触CS_2浓度的高低有一定剂量反应关系。对接触GS_2的平均浓度为35mg/m~3的男工调查结果,性功能减退、精子形态异常、精子活动率低下、精子数少的发生率均显著高于对照组。小鼠吸入10mg/m~3或100mg/m~3的CS_2 5周、睾丸的初级精母细胞常染色体畸变率和性染色体异常率及精子畸变率均显著增高。以上表明CS_2能损伤男性生殖功能,对雄性小鼠生殖细胞有致突变效应,并对男工和雄性小鼠的精子生成有毒害作用。
