目的 采用带骨内血管的舟骨可视化数字模型研究镍钛记忆合金钉脚固定器、Herbert螺钉及克氏针对舟骨内血供的影响.方法 对12例人体前臂标本进行动脉血管灌注,微型CT(Micro CT)扫描并运用Mimics 20.0软件对血管进行三维重建,分析重建数据,并与三种内固定装置的数字模型进行重建比较.结果 本研究将带血供的舟骨可视化数字模型与三种内固定装置结合,重建了复合模型,构建了舟骨滋养动脉安全区.其中镍钛记忆合金钉脚固定器具有血管干扰小的特点.结论 该数字模型能直观地用于内固定器的研究,三种内固定器均位于腕舟骨滋养血管安全区,其中镍钛记忆合金钉脚固定器比Herbert螺钉及克氏针对骨内血管的干扰小.“,”Objective To study the effects of nickel-titanium memory alloy nail-feet-fixator,Herbert screw and Kirschner wire on blood supply in scaphoid bone using visual digital model of scaphoid with intraosseous vessels.Methods Twelve human forearm specimens were perfused with arterial blood vessels,scanned by micro-CT and reconstructed by Mimics 20.0 software.The reconstructed data were analyzed and compared with the digital models of three internal fixation devices.Results In this study,the visualized digital model of scaphoid with blood supply was combined with three kinds of internal fixation devices to reconstruct the composite model and construct the safe zone of scaphoid nutrient artery.Among them,nickel-titanium memory alloy nail-feet-fixator has the characteristics of less vascular interference.Conclusion The digital model can be used intuitively in the study of intemal fixators.All three kinds of intemal fixators are located in the safe zone of scaphoid nutrient vessels.Among them,nickel-titanium memory alloy nail-feet-fixator has less interference to internal vessels than Herbert screw and Kirschner wire.
