局部零部件的振动剧烈问题,是叉车NVH研究的工程课题之一。针对某叉车停车手制动部件怠速振动剧烈的问题,进行振动测试和有限元模态分析,断定该问题是因部件的模态匹配不合理而产生共振所致;应用灵敏度分析和优化设计的方法,确定连接板厚度是关键的设计参数,通过优化选择合理的连接板厚度尺寸,实现该部件的模态分离,并有效提高局部结构刚度,达到减振的目的。
