成都是四川省省会,全国首批24个历史文化名城之一,是国务院确定的西南地区科技、商贸、金融中心和交通、通信枢纽,也是交通部确定的全国45个公路主枢纽城市之一。 改革开放以来,成都的公路建设和公路运输发展很快,传统的公路运输场站建设、管理、营运模式已不能适应现代运输市场发展的需要,公路站场建设与运输经济发展不相适应已成为道路运输发展中不可回避的矛盾。 90年代以来,我们抓住国家加大基础设施建设、拉动国民经济增长的历史机遇,加大了对主枢纽站场的投资建设力度,分别在1995年编制完成《成都市公路主枢纽总体布局规划》,1997年编制完成了《成都市公路二级枢纽总体布局规划》（成都市区、县站场布局规划）。经过几年的努力,现已经建成规划8个主枢纽客运站,建成12个二级枢纽客运站,预计全市客运主枢纽站可以提前15年左右,在2005年前完成。货运枢纽系统中的“成都国际物流中心”已经开工建设,年内将投入使用,该中心将作为成都的公路口岸,具有“一关三检”功能,对成都的集装箱运输及外运发展具有积极的促进作用。
Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan Province and one of the first batch of 24 historical and cultural cities in China. It is a science and technology, commerce and trade center, and a transportation and communications hub in southwest China established by the State Council. It is also one of the 45 major hub cities in the country identified by the Ministry of Communications. Since the reform and opening up, the development of highway construction and highway in Chengdu has been developing rapidly. The construction, management and operation mode of the traditional highway transportation station can no longer meet the needs of the development of the modern transportation market. Since the 1990s, we seized the historic opportunity of the state in increasing infrastructure construction and stimulating the growth of the national economy and intensified the investment and construction of the main hub station. In 1995, we completed the “Overall Layout Planning of Chengdu Main Road Hub ”In 1997, completed the“ Chengdu Highway two hub overall layout plan ”(Chengdu city, county station layout planning). After several years of hard work, it has completed the planning of eight main hub terminals and built 12 second-level hub terminals. It is estimated that the passenger terminal of the city can be completed by about 15 years in advance by 2005. The “Chengdu International Logistics Center” in the cargo terminal system has been under construction and will be put into operation during the year. The center will serve as the “one check and three checkpoints” in Chengdu and will be active in the development of container transport and outbound transportation in Chengdu enhancement.
