随着国民经济的发展,我国零售企业蓬勃发展。其中河南胖东来商贸集团凭借优秀的企业文化、人性化的管理系统、亲情服务及资源整合等优势取得了一定成功,反观许多零售业却存在着企业文化组织不健全、竞争手段同质化、缺乏完善的顾客信息沟通反馈机制等问题。因此,要想实现我国零售业的良性增长,提高其战略竞争力迫在眉睫。
With the development of national economy, the retail enterprises in our country flourish. Among them, Henan Fat Donglai Commerce & Trade Group has achieved some success due to its excellent corporate culture, humanized management system, family service and resource integration. In contrast, many retailers have some problems in corporate culture, such as homogenization of competition, Lack of perfect customer information feedback mechanism and other issues. Therefore, in order to achieve the healthy growth of China’s retail industry, to enhance its strategic competitiveness is imminent.
