核心竞争能力是IT企业的生存之源,在IT公司建立以核心竞争能力为驱动的战略绩效管理体系,是促进IT公司健康、长续、优质发展的有力抓手。本文从企业战略、核心竞争能力和绩效管理的诠释入手,分析了IT企业实施绩效管理的普遍问题,并重点论述了基于核心能力的战略绩效管理的建立方法。
Core Competence is the source of survival for IT companies. Setting up a strategic performance management system driven by core competencies in IT companies is a powerful starting point for promoting the healthy, long-term and high-quality development of IT companies. Starting from the interpretation of enterprise strategy, core competitiveness and performance management, this article analyzes the general problems of performance management in IT enterprises and focuses on the establishment of strategic performance management based on core competencies.
