利用超临界流体干燥技术首次在一种新的体系——无机盐-有机溶剂体系中制得了超细氧化铝,所得的产品为短纤维状微晶,其长轴为100nm,短轴约为5nm,并且具有大孔、高比表面、低堆密度等特点,与文献报道的有机盐-有机溶剂体系所得产品相类似。但在这一新体系下的制备过程具有操作简便、安全的特点,并且使用价格便宜的无机盐代替价格较贵的有机盐作制备原料,对于降低产物成本,大规律生产具有重要意义。
For the first time, superfine alumina was prepared in a new system-inorganic salt-organic solvent system by using supercritical fluid drying technology. The obtained product was short fibrous microcrystalline with a long axis of 100 nm and a short axis of about 5 nm , And has the characteristics of macropore, high specific surface area and low bulk density, which are similar to the products of organic salt-organic solvent system reported in the literature. However, the preparation process under this new system has the characteristics of simple and safe operation, and the use of inexpensive inorganic salts instead of the more expensive organic salts for preparation of raw materials is of great significance for reducing product cost and large-scale production.
