目的:探究砒霜和炮制砒霜对肺癌细胞的抑制率及两者间的疗效差异。方法:砒霜和炮制砒霜分别经仿胃仿肠酶解,将酶解液分别稀释为6、7、8、9、10μg/m L,通过MTT法测定各酶解液对肺癌A549细胞的抑制率,并采用顺铂作为阳性对照药物。结果:稀释后不同砷含量砒霜和炮制砒霜对肿瘤细胞抑制率与阳性对照药物比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);当砷含量为7μg/m L时,炮制砒霜与砒霜对肿瘤细胞抑制率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:砒霜和炮制砒霜均有明显的体外抗A549细胞株的作用。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory rate of arsenic and arsenic in lung cancer cells and the difference between the two.
