硬脊膜外囊肿国内报道甚少,而位于腹膜后呈巨大疝囊样改变,国内尚未见报道,我院于1990年3月23日手术证实1例,报告如下。患者男,59岁。右下肢步行无力4月,右上腹胀2月余入院诊治。体检:腹部膨隆,尤以右上腹为甚,肝脾触诊不满意,肠鸣音存在。右下肢肌力4~+级,痛触觉减退,病理反射未引出,脑膜刺激征阴性。实验室:腹部肿块抽出液,无色,透明,潘氏试验(—),细胞数o/mm~3,氯化物108mmol/L,蛋白质 Epidural cysts rarely reported in the country, but located in the retroperitoneal giant hernia capsule-like changes have not been reported in China, our hospital in March 23, 1990 surgery confirmed in 1 case, the report is as follows.
