用沉淀法和化学混合法制备了用于椰子油加氢改性的 Ni/ Si O2 催化剂 .用原子吸收、碘价分析、BET比表面测定、XRD和 IR等手段对上述催化剂以及进口催化剂进行了物理和化学表征 .结果表明 ,进口催化剂都是负载型单元镍催化剂 ,对椰子油加氢具有很好的活性 .控制合适的制备条件 ,用沉淀法和化学混合法都可以制得与进口催化剂活性相当的单元镍催化剂 ,而且加氢后除熔点升高外不改变油脂的其他物理性质 .沉淀法制备的 Ni/硅藻土催化剂中 ,镍含量与活性不是线性关系 .化学混合法制备的 Ni/ Si O2 催化剂中 ,活性随镍含量的增加而提高 .尽管硅藻土和用化学混合法制备的二氧化硅表面积相差悬殊 ,低比表面的硅藻土载体不影响催化剂的活性 .
The Ni / Si O2 catalyst for hydrogenation of coconut oil was prepared by a precipitation method and a chemical mixing method. The above catalysts and imported catalysts were characterized by means of atomic absorption, iodine value, BET specific surface area, XRD and IR Physical and chemical characterization.The results show that the imported catalysts are all supported nickel catalysts and have good activity for hydrogenation of coconut oil.Controlling the suitable preparation conditions, both the precipitation method and the chemical mixing method can be used to prepare the catalyst with the activity of imported catalyst Equivalent nickel catalyst, and hydrogenation does not change the other physical properties of the oil except for the increase of the melting point.Ni / diatomite catalysts prepared by precipitation method show a non-linear relationship between nickel content and activity.The Ni / Si O2 catalyst, the activity increases with the increase of nickel content.Although the surface area of diatomite and silica prepared by chemical mixing is quite different, the low specific surface diatomite support does not affect the activity of the catalyst.
