为在新疆哈密地区2县1市全面开展学前儿童、中小学生肠道寄生虫监测与防治,用改良加藤厚涂片法,碘液直接涂片法和塑料薄膜透明胶纸肛拭法等3种方法进行地区肠道寄生虫感染情况的本底调查,用阿苯哒唑对4岁以上人群,按100mg/2/d×3,总剂量600mg的驱虫方法,进行集体驱虫,用寄生虫感染下降率评价防治效果。调查的寄生虫总感染率为32.01%,共查出寄生虫11种,蠕虫7种,其平均感染率为14.06%;原虫7种,其平均感染率为17.95%,其中以蛲虫感染率为最高(10.44%)、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫次之(8.26%),驱虫二个月后,使全地区学前儿童、学生肠道寄生虫总感染率下降了55.14%,使蛔、蛲、钩、鞭虫的感染率均下降了80%以上。调查结果为哈密地区肠道寄生虫防治提供了科学依据,防治结果证实阿苯哒唑用本方法进行集体驱虫效果显著,为在全疆开展肠寄生虫病防治积累了宝贵的经验。

After two months of deworming, the total infection rate of intestinal parasites in pre-school children and students in the whole area decreased by 55.14% Hook, whipworm infection rates have dropped more than 80%. The results provided a scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of intestinal parasites in Hami area. The results of prevention and treatment confirmed that albendazole was effective in collective deworming by this method and accumulated valuable experience in prevention and treatment of intestinal parasites in Xinjiang.
