校本课程是学校文化的重要组成部分,在学校文化建设过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用。现有的校本课程开发和实施都不尽如人意,究其原因,主要是因为脱离学校文化导致孤立难行。改造校本课程实际上就是学校文化的重新定位和校本课程的再设计,应该从学生文化、教师文化和课程文化三个方面着手改造现有的校本课程体系,并体现学校文化发展的新内涵。
School-based curriculum is an important part of school culture and plays an increasingly important role in the process of school cultural construction. The existing school-based curriculum development and implementation are not satisfactory. The main reason is that it is difficult to isolate from school culture. The transformation of school-based curriculum is actually the repositioning of school culture and the redesign of school-based curriculum. It is necessary to reform the existing school-based curriculum system from three aspects: student culture, teacher culture and curriculum culture, and reflect the new connotation of school culture development.
