本文报道应用A(?)NAE染色反应在各种淋巴增生病变中的初步观察结果及对辅助诊断的价值。材料与方法一、材料来源:本研究材料取自23例淋巴结反应性增生组织,16例恶性淋巴瘤病变组织,4例组织细胞增生病变组织,25例淋巴细胞白血病的外周血液。此外,有5例围产期胎儿新鲜脾、胸腺组织和4例成人扁桃体手术标本作对照。二、研究方法:(1) 细胞悬液制备:将病变组织剪碎,过滤获细胞悬液,再经Ficoll分层液分离得单一核性细胞,制成涂片,缓冲福尔马林钙液(pH6.7)固定10分钟,进而染色。(2) 组织切片制备:新鲜组织立即固定缓冲福尔马林蔗糖液,4℃,24小时以上,后移至Holt’s
