针对油田伴生气中压深冷处理装置产生的含油污水,介绍了油水分离方法的研究、含油污水排放量及分离器的计算、新型三相分离技术的研究及应用,最终达到了油、水、气三相的有效分离,给企业带来了良好的经济效益和社会效益。该技术具有设备内部结构简单、仪控设备少、后期维护难度低等优点,有着较好的推广性。
