MBA:差距很大今年上半年《广州日报》有一项调查显示:MBA们平均年薪是88655元,而在取得MBA学位之前的平均年薪只有37227元。据业内人士说,目前我国MBA的薪资行情没能反映其具有的真正价值,这与我国MBA的来源有关系。我国的MBA主要来自三方面:留学回国的MBA,国内大学培养的MBA,中外合作教育机构培养的MBA。薪资差距拉大主要来源于不同的培养方。从国外留学的MBA被外企聘用的较多,年薪可达20万—50万,个别优秀的MBA如果职位是CEO级,年薪可达80万—100万;中外合资的MBA教育机构的人才其年薪也可达10万—30万,个别优秀者可达50万年薪的收
