为了有效解决高应力、软碎围岩和受向斜构造、断层、空间交叉巷与采空区支承应力叠加等复杂条件下的巷道帮部支护难题,防止发生片帮垮冒事故。通过对新三矿大断面废矸置换巷巷帮支护存在问题的分析,提出了新型帮部锚索-槽钢桁架支护技术,采用数值模拟软件设计并优化了支护参数,在废矸置换巷进行了现场实践,取得了良好的经济与技术效益。
In order to effectively solve the problem of supporting the roadway gangway under complex conditions such as high stress, soft rock surrounding rock and inclined syncline structure, fault, crossroad alley with goaf and superposition of stress, etc., it is necessary to prevent accidental damage. Based on the analysis of existing problems of roadway support for the replacement of large section waste rock in Xinxin Mine, a new type of supporting technology for anchor-channel steel truss was proposed. The support parameters were designed and optimized by numerical simulation software. Replacement Lane conducted on-site practice, and achieved good economic and technical benefits.
