“不含防腐剂”不含防腐剂,可没说不含有其他食品添加剂。很多食品天然就是不用防腐剂的,比如罐头,比如一些含盐和糖极高的食品,还有一些极干的食品如方便面、挂面等。因为罐头已把里面的细菌和芽孢彻底杀灭,同时又密封起来,让外面的细菌进不去。大量的盐和糖也能起到防腐剂的作用。不过,盐和糖含量太高,比含有防腐剂还要糟糕。因为摄入过量盐对健康的危害,要比百分之零点几的防腐剂厉害得多。
