“入世”后,2002年,我国信息产业总产值增加到17800亿元,比上年增长约31％,完成销售收入14000亿元,比上年增长约20％;进出口贸易总额达1771.7亿美元,其中出口额为920.4亿美元,比上年增长42％,进口额为851.3亿美元,顺差额为69.1亿美元,比上年顺差额59.2亿美元多10亿美元。2002年,三资企业出口735亿美元,占全部出口的79.9％。外商独资共出口486亿美元,占全部出口的52.8％,国有企业出口154.6亿美元,占全部出口的16.8％;2002年,来料加工贸易出口862.2亿美元,约占出口总额的89.8％,其中进料加工贸易出口668.1亿美元,占全部出口的72.6%,同比增长41.7％。
