2012年,微博以其即时、广泛、互动的传播优势,也促进了政务微博的迅猛发展。然而,随着时间的推移,部分政务微博信息不足、缺乏互动、反应滞后等问题日渐凸显出来。究其原因,管理观念的僵化和运营模式的落后,是问题产生的根源,加强组织保障、健全规章制度和强化信息队伍建设已成为确保政务微博健康发展的当务之急。

However, with the passage of time, some government microblogs lack of information, lack of interaction, response lags behind and other issues have become increasingly prominent. The reasons for this include the rigid management concept and the backward operation mode, which are the root causes of the problems.
