2-甲基呋喃,在国內是从糠醛以铜铝合金为催化剂催化加氢制得的。去年初,生产不很正常,收率低,催化剂寿命短,故铜铝消耗量很大。本工作目的在于寻找更好的新催化剂。通过催化剂的筛选的研究,找到一个Cu-Cr/AI_2O_3,新催化剂,其Cu:C:Al_2O_3为15:2.5:82.5.小实验2-甲基呋喃收率为了70%,1克催化剂可得30克左右2-甲基呋喃。在此基础上,进一步研究改进制备载体及催化剂的方法,找到了以偏铝酸钠溶液通CO_2沉淀
