2010年,长宁区教育局推出了旨在改变课堂教与学、提高学生“自主学习、自我管理”能力、促进学生更好发展的初中“阅读领航”计划,从而实现教师教学观念的改变、课堂文化的改变,以及学生学习方式的转变、成长方式的转变和生活方式的转变。2013年,为了深化“阅读领航”计划的实施成果,我区教育局又推出了“初中作业分层”新举措。就初中语文学科来说,我们认为,在开展作业分层时教师应注意以下原则与设计目标。

For junior high school language subjects, we believe that teachers should pay attention to the following principles and design goals in conducting job stratification.
