目的 探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)诊断青年人脑梗死的价值。方法 2 0~ 40岁脑梗死 9例 ,应用MSCT行全脑容积扫描和CT脑血管造影 (CTA)检查 ,采集和重建层厚均为 1.0mm ,重建间隔 0 .5mm ,螺距 :5 .5。应用多平面重建 (MPR)方法显示横断、冠状、矢状三个方向的脑实质断面图像和遮盖容积重建 (SVR)方法显示三维CTA图像。结果 全部病例MPR图像显示脑实质低密度病灶 ,其中单发 7例 ,多发 2例 ;9例中CTA发现 7例脑动脉主干截断、狭窄、分支减少等异常改变。结论 MSCT是诊断青年人脑梗死的有效手段。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) in diagnosis of cerebral infarction in young people. Methods Twenty-nine patients with cerebral infarction between 0 and 40 years old were enrolled in this study. Whole brain volume scan and CT angiography (CTA) were performed on MSCT. The thickness of the collected and reconstructed macrophages was 1.0 mm. The reconstruction interval was 0.5 mm and the pitch was 5.5. Multi-plane reconstruction (MPR) method was used to display the three-dimensional CTA images of brain parenchyma and captial volume reconstruction (SVR) in three directions: transected, coronal and sagittal directions. Results MPR images of all cases showed parenchymal lesions of low density, of which 7 cases were single and 2 cases were multiple. Among the 9 cases, 7 cases of cortical artery were cut off truncated, stenosed and the branches were reduced. Conclusion MSCT is an effective method to diagnose cerebral infarction in young people.
