一、主要应用情况交流电机调速节电的提出,已有相当长的历史,随着电力电子技术的发展和1973年石油危机的推动下得到了蓬勃发展。目前主要应用于以下几个主要方面:(1)风机、水泵类负载。此类的特点是用量大(占总用电量约30%),调速节电的效果明显。它的节电原理以叶片式风机为例,因风量 Q∝转数 n,风压 H∝转数 n~2,故功率N∝Q×H∝n~3。由上看出,通过降低转数调低风量时,功率可按立方关系减少,故对工况变动频繁又不便经常开停的风机所采用的节流调节和放风调节可大量节约电力。以日本某钢厂转炉排烟除
