目的:优选吴茱萸汤复方颗粒的水提工艺条件。方法:以吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb_1的提取量和出膏率作为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法检测,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数为影响因素,选用L_9(3~4)正交表进行正交试验。结果:吴茱萸汤复方颗粒的最佳工艺为加12倍水煎煮3次,每次1h。吴茱萸碱与吴茱萸次碱提取总量为0.609mg/g,人参皂苷Re和人参皂苷Rb_1的提取总量为2.191mg/g,出膏率31.210%。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,为吴茱萸汤复方颗粒的合理开发提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the water extraction process of Evodia Decoction granules. Methods: Evodiamine, rutaecarpine, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb_1 extraction rate and the rate of ointment as indicators, using high performance liquid chromatography detection, with water, extraction time, the number of extraction as the influencing factor, selection L_9 (3 ~ 4) orthogonal table for orthogonal test. Results: The best process of Evodia Decoction Compound Granules was to add 12 times water to boiling for 3 times, each time for 1 hour. The total amount of evodiamine and rutaecarpine was 0.609mg / g, the total amount of ginsenoside Re and ginsenoside Rb_1 was 2.191mg / g, the rate of ointment was 31.210%. Conclusion: The optimal process is stable and feasible, which provides a reference for the rational development of Evodia Decoction Compound Granules.
