随着我国农业现代化快速发展及现代企业管理制度的广泛运用,农业型企业生存与发展受到人力资源管理工作的巨大影响。但由于受到我国农业工作者素质及流动性等因素影响,我国农业型企业人力资源管理中普遍存在管理制度落后、工作人员无法适应管理工作等问题。本文通过对我国农业型企业人力资源管理工作意义及现状进行分析的基础上,提出解决问题的若干对策、建议。
With the rapid development of agricultural modernization in our country and the extensive application of modern enterprise management system, the survival and development of agricultural enterprises have been greatly influenced by human resources management. However, due to the quality of our country’s agricultural workers and liquidity and other factors, China’s agricultural-based human resources management generally exist in the management system is backward, staff can not adapt to management and other issues. Based on the analysis of the significance and status quo of human resource management in agricultural enterprises in our country, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.
