为解决由于部件的设计原因导致的牵引系统接地保护试验故障诊断不准确问题,从系统和部件的角度进行分析研究,排查出是由于牵引功率单元IGBT驱动电路部分器件的设计选型不当所致。通过调整IGBT驱动板短路保护电路电容、电阻的参数并通过试验验证,解决了此类问题。通过系统的研究分析及IGBT驱动电路的优化设计,可准确定位故障,利于动车组牵引系统的检修维护。
In order to solve the problem of inaccurate fault diagnosis of traction system ground fault protection test due to the component design reasons, the system and components are analyzed and studied, which is caused by improper design and selection of some components of IGBT drive circuit in traction power unit. By adjusting the IGBT driver board short circuit protection circuit capacitance, resistance parameters and through the test verification, to solve these problems. Through systematic research and analysis and optimized design of IGBT drive circuit, the fault can be accurately located, which is beneficial to the maintenance and repair of the traction system of the EMU.
