本文对圆柱分度凸轮机构在分度期的啮合区域作了详尽啮合区域分析,进而对圆柱凸轮轮廓进行了修正设计,使传动特性较好的轮廓区段起主要啮合使用,传动特性较差的轮廓区段只起儿何封闭作用。从而减小机构在运动中的冲击、振动和磨损,改善机构的啮合特性。
