近两年,记者遇到一种令人费解的怪现象:有些单位或领导非要请记者与他们一道去做好事、办实事。不信请看: 某单位利用双休日下乡给农民送肥,要电视台记者去摄像。某单位领导给困难户去送捐来的钱物,请电台记者去录音。某单位领导下企业参加劳动,请报社派记者去“立此存照”。某领导到一个单位去办公,非要请记者去写现场短新闻。这样的事,还可举出许多。我们的党和政府,它的各级领导和工作人员,它的职能部门,其职能就是为人民服务,为人民排忧解难。办实事做好事是它们应尽的职责。他们办了好事,人民感谢,要求新闻单位表扬他们,无可非议。但是,作为为人民办事的主体,在办事之前或办事之中,利用媒介扬名,要求报上有名、广播有声、电视有影,并纳入议事日程,其用意不外乎:制造个由头,宣传一下自己单位和系统;向社会表明自己的政绩,或直接借媒介沽名钓誉。
