探讨玉米秸秆低温降解复合菌系GF-S72在液态发酵条件下的生长特性及其降解效果。结果表明:在10℃条件下,施加复合剂GF-S72低温条件下提高玉米秸秆的降解效果。复合菌系的生长曲线在接菌后直接进入对数期,11 d时生长量最大,其OD值为0.246;p H值在培养初期迅速下降,随后稳定在7.2左右;FPA,C1,CX,Cb酶活菌先升高后下降,最高酶活分别为0.82,1.41,1.33,1.25 U/m L;培养15 d降解率为34.70%,显著高于CK;纤维素、半纤维素、木质素残余量分别为1.12 g,0.72 g,0.27 g,显著高于CK;因此复合菌系GF-S72是十分具有研究开发潜力的复合菌系。试验结果为该菌进一步开发玉米秸秆还田低温降解复合菌剂提供试验参数和依据。
To investigate the growth characteristics and degradation of composite strain GF-S72 of corn stalk under liquid fermentation conditions. The results showed that under the condition of 10 ℃, the composting agent GF-S72 could improve the degradability of corn stalks at low temperature. The growth curves of the complex strains directly entered the logarithmic phase after inoculation, and reached the maximum on the 11th day with an OD value of 0.246.
