目的了解袋泡茶剂保健食品铅和砷的浸出率,并初步估计人群摄入量,评估其安全性。方法将来自于商场、超市、药店等不同销售场所及厂家送检的25种袋泡茶剂,按照产品标识规定的食用方法,取1袋固体原样用80℃去离子水分2次浸提,每次80 ml浸提30 min,合并浸出液。按照GB5009.12-2010、GB/T5009.11-2003检测袋泡茶剂及其浸提液中铅和砷含量,用产品中铅、砷含量与产品标识的食用量和浸出率相乘计算铅和砷的摄入量。采用联合国粮农组织和世界卫生组织保健食品添加剂联合专家委员会推荐的,暂定每周耐受摄入量(PTWI)值评价铅摄入的安全性。结果袋泡茶剂保健食品铅的浸出率为1.82%~42.94%,平均值为11.18%;砷为6.91%~68.95%,平均值为32.41%。茶液铅对于PTWI平均贡献率为0.43%,砷为0.87%。结论食用袋泡茶型保健食品中铅、砷的摄入量不会对人体造成危害。
Objective To understand the leaching rate of lead and arsenic in teabag health food and to estimate the population intake and assess the safety. Methods A total of 25 kinds of teabag from different sales places and manufacturers were collected from shopping malls, supermarkets and pharmacies. According to the edible methods specified in the product labeling, 1 bag of solid samples were extracted twice with deionized water at 80 ℃, 80ml extraction times 30min, combined with leachate. In accordance with GB5009.12-2010, GB / T5009.11-2003 detection of teabag extract and leaching solution of lead and arsenic, with the product of lead, arsenic content and product identification of food consumption and leaching rate calculated lead And arsenic intake. Adopted the tentative weekly permissible intake (PTWI) value recommended by the Joint FAO / WHO Expert Committee on Health Food Additives to evaluate the safety of lead intake. Results The leaching rates of lead in teabag health food products ranged from 1.82% to 42.94% with an average of 11.18%. Arsenic concentrations ranged from 6.91% to 68.95% with an average of 32.41%. The average contribution rate of tea liquor to PTWI was 0.43% and that of arsenic was 0.87%. Conclusion The intake of lead and arsenic in teabag-type health food will not cause harm to the human body.
