作者等在总结研究国内有关单位研究的预燃室的基础上,设计与研究成功了渐扩型预燃室,并先后使用于四川省成都、江油、万源和华莹山发电厂。该预燃室适用于燃用烟煤、劣质烟煤与贫煤锅炉的点火和低负荷稳燃;已试验成功的锅炉容量范围为75~410t/h;可使用于具有中间储仓制的乏气和热风送粉的直流式或旋流式的燃烧系统。经试验证明,装设有渐扩型预燃室的锅炉可节省点火用油约90%;可提高锅炉的调峰幅度;锅炉在额定负荷的50%左右时能稳定运行。作者较详细地讨论了设计要点与试验情况。
On the basis of summarizing and researching the pre-combustion chamber studied by the relevant domestic units, the author succeeded in designing and studying the gradually expanding pre-combustion chamber and successively used the power plants in Chengdu, Jiangyou, Wanyuan and Huayingshan in Sichuan Province. The pre-combustion chamber is suitable for ignition and low-load steady combustion of bituminous coal, inferior bituminous coal and lean coal boilers. The successful boiler capacity has been tested in the range of 75-410 t / h. It can be used in gas-less Hot air powder feeding DC or cyclone combustion system. It has been proved through experiments that a boiler equipped with a gradually expanding pre-combustion chamber can save about 90% of the ignition oil; it can increase the peak shaving amplitude of the boiler; and the boiler can stably operate at about 50% of the rated load. The author discusses in detail the design points and experimental conditions.
