冀中能源峰峰集团薛村矿(简称薛村矿)位于邯郸市西南23km处,1959年11月投产,是一座年产原煤超过140万t的现代化矿井。煤种为贫煤,具有低硫、中挥发、高热值等特点,广泛应用于发电,煤化工等行业。伴随着50多年的开采历史,井下资源日益匮乏,地质条件日趋恶劣,水、火、瓦斯、煤尘、顶板等“五毒”俱全,对于职业安全健康工作来说,压力巨大。 Jichong Energy Fengfeng Group Xuecun Mine (hereinafter referred to as Xuecun Mine) is located 23km southwest of Handan City and was put into operation in November 1959. It is a modernized mine with an annual output of more than 1.4 million tons of raw coal. Coal is lean coal, with low sulfur, volatile, high calorific value and other characteristics, are widely used in power generation, coal chemical industry. With more than 50 years of mining history, the underground resources are increasingly scarce, the geological conditions are getting worse, water, fire, gas, coal dust, roofs and other “poisonous” products are all stressful to occupational safety and health work.
