冬期施工是我国北方常见的特殊季节性施工.由于冬季温度下降,盾构施工中同步砂浆、循环水、出渣、电瓶车、龙门吊等施工原材料和机械设备易受低温影响,同时施工人员的思想意识较正常环境更为迟钝,且盾构冬季施工所面临的困难较多,故如何做好盾构冬期施工直接影响整个工程的进度及成本.本文以北方某城市地铁工程冬期施工为例,对盾构冬期施工重难点进行分析,从盾构组装调试、砂浆拌制及施工用水、材料及机具防护等方面提出技术保障措施,确保盾构冬期施工有效进行,为类似工程提供借鉴与参考.
