一、对象的选择我厂生产的K-11OT速调管是雷达和导弹的微波本振源,具有结构紧凑、性能稳定、价格低廉等优点。但功能的提高和成本的降低是没有止境的,根据对象选择的一般原则,我们的VE活动选择了急待解决、易于入手和经济效果比较显著的外腔,做为价值分析的对象。这种选择的根据是对外腔的功能分析、功能评价及取自用户的情报。二、功能分析 K-110T速调管外腔结构如图l所示。外腔和内腔一样,是K-110T速调管最重要的部分。它与内腔耦合,产生所需频率的振荡功率,并由此输出。可以说,几乎整管的每一项高频参数都与外腔具有直接关系。外腔的功能系统如图2所示。

Second, the functional analysis K-110T klystron tube structure shown in Figure l. Like the lumen, the outer cavity is the most important part of the K-110T klystron. It is coupled with the cavity to produce the desired frequency of oscillation power, and thus output. It can be said that almost every tube of high-frequency parameters have a direct relationship with the external cavity. External system of functional system shown in Figure 2.
