近些年随着西部经济的快速发展,其动力锅炉的需求量也逐年增加。由于这些省份多属于高海拔地区。因此,在为这些地区提供热力设备时,低气压的问题在设计中应予以重视。其中燃烧设备的通流特性、炉膛的容积热强度等热力参数在JB/T 100440—2004《大型煤粉锅炉炉膛及燃烧器性能设计规范》中已有比较明确的规定。本文仅针对对流受热面的一系列参数进行阐述。在锅炉计算标准中,锅炉对流受热面烟气放热系数是分两部分来考虑的:对流放热系数和辐射放热系数,锅炉对流受热面总传热系数为对流放热系数和辐射放热系数之和。
