目的:观察降脂片对高脂血症鹌鹑的调脂及抗氧化作用。方法:对高脂血症模型鹌鹑连续治疗给药两周,检测血清和肝组织中总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C)含量,及一氧化氮(NO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷草转氨酶(ALT)、谷丙转氨酶(AST)含量。结果:与模型组比较,2.4、1.2g生药/kg药物组的动物血清和肝组织中TC、TG、LDL-C含量明显降低,HDL-C含量显著升高。同时对血清及肝组织中NO、SOD水平下降及MDA、ALT、AST含量升高有拮抗作用。结论:降脂片具有调节血脂、肝脂,抗脂质过氧化及清除氧自由基的作用。
Objective: To observe the lipid-lowering lipid-lowering tablets of hyperlipidemia quail lipid and anti-oxidation. Methods: Continuous treatment of hyperlipidemia model quail for two weeks, serum and liver tissue total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipids (HDL-C) and the content of nitric oxide (NO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), aspartate aminotransferase (ALT) and alanine aminotransferase (AST) Results: Compared with the model group, the contents of TC, TG and LDL-C in serum and liver tissue of 2.4,1.2g crude drug / kg drug group were significantly decreased and HDL-C content was significantly increased. At the same time, the levels of NO and SOD in serum and liver tissue were decreased and the levels of MDA, ALT and AST were increased. Conclusion: Jiangzhipian has the effects of regulating blood lipid, hepatic lipid, anti-lipid peroxidation and scavenging oxygen free radicals.
