Objective: To investigate the effect of safflower injection on the expression of apoptosis-related proteins bcl-2 and cas-pase-3 in neurons. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: ischemia control group, safflower high dose group, safflower medium dose group, and safflower low dose group. Rat middle cerebral artery occlusion model and TTC staining and immunohistochemical staining method were used.
