本文应用工程控制论的基本思想,提出了一个实用的斜拉桥施工控制系统。施工控制对斜拉桥的施工具有特殊的重要意义并有一定的复杂性。本文详细地介绍了这个控制系统的几个关键技术问题。根据P.C.斜拉桥的特点着重解决徐变收缩以及设计参数等对控制的影响。最终达到用微机在施工现场对斜拉桥的外型和斜拉索的索力进行双控的目标。经在浙江省宁波市甬江大桥的实践,证明了本文系统的有效性和实用性。
Based on the basic idea of engineering cybernetics, this paper presents a practical cable-stayed bridge construction control system. Construction control is of special significance and complexity to the construction of cable-stayed bridges. This article describes in detail the key issues of this control system. According to the characteristics of P.C. cable-stayed bridge focus on solving the creep shrinkage and design parameters on the control. Finally, it achieves the goal of double-controlling the appearance of the cable-stayed bridge and the cable force of the stay cable with the microcomputer at the construction site. The practice of Yongjiang Bridge in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province proves the validity and practicability of this paper.
