不少食用菌种植户反映,由于用了劣质菌种,导致栽培失败,但又不知道怎样鉴别菌种的优劣。为此笔者特介绍几种菌种的简易鉴别方法:1、平菇菌丝洁白、浓密、粗壮,呈棉毛状,气生菌丝旺盛、爬璧现象明显的,为优良菌种;用木屑培养的菌种,被分解的木屑呈淡黄色,并有少量原基出现的,为优良菌种;菌丝稀疏、成树根状或束状.棉籽壳培养基呈暗红色,木屑培养基发白,培养料脱离瓶壁、菌丝萎缩,菌瓶基部有黄色积液,或培养料表面出现红、黄、绿、黑等斑点的,均为劣质
