企业文化的价值核心是要强调人的作用,以人为中心,充分发挥人的积极性、责任感和创新精神,为实现人的自我价值创造机会和条件。而我们有些企业在生产经营活动中,往往自觉不自觉地忽视这个问题,而依赖于一些外在的约束和控制力量,例如用物质利益、行政命令、规章制度、情感投资和一些娱乐活动来代替企业文化建设,这无疑是一种认识上的偏差。故此,应当在认识上与实践中逐步得到纠正。
