TBM,即全断面岩石掘进机,是工厂化地下连续施工设备,具有结构复杂、技术性强、体积大以及长时间且连续施工等特点,它不仅已经成为隧道施工中不可缺少的装备,还可以在一定程度上完成传统钻爆方式不能够进行有效施工的工程,因此其发展前景是不可估量的。而在水利工程的施工过程中,我们采用了48.26 cm大直径滚刀、在TBM转场控制了关键工序、在快速遏制围岩收敛变形等方面都进行了有益的尝试和探讨,并取得了好的效果。文章对现阶段TBM施工组织管理过程中所使用的关键性技术进行分析和探究,并在此基础上对TBM的实际应用进行讨论,希望能够对隧道施工水平的提升提供参考。
