研究了从紫金山铜矿生物堆浸矿堆中分离到的浸矿微生物,在不同的初始培养基pH(1.0~3.0)下的活性和在不同初始培养基pH(1.4~4.5)下对紫金山硫化铜矿石的浸出规律。结果表明,生长稳定后初始pH值小于1.8的溶液的pH值稳定在1.6左右,而初始pH值大于2.2的溶液的pH值稳定在1.9左右。而不同初始pH(1.4~4.5)的浸矿实验表明,适于该浸矿微生物浸矿的最佳pH值在1.8~2.3之间,最终矿浆电位与铜的浸出率存在一定的线性关系。
The bioleaching microorganisms isolated from the biopile ore mined in the Zijinshan copper mine were studied under different initial media pH (1.0-3.0) and the activity of Zijin (Zijin) under different initial media pH (1.4-4.5) Leaching Law of Mountain Copper Sulfide Ore. The results showed that the pH value of the solution with the initial pH less than 1.8 stabilized at about 1.6 while the pH value of the solution with the initial pH greater than 2.2 stabilized at about 1.9. The results of different initial pH (1.4 ~ 4.5) showed that the optimum pH value for the leaching of the leaching microorganisms was between 1.8 and 2.3, and there was a certain linear relationship between the final pulp potential and the copper leaching rate.
