1993年3月至1994年3月游龙县计划生育指导站、县人民医院、县中医院应用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇(简称米索)抗早孕613例现报告如下。 对象和方法 一、对象 停经≥19,身体健康,无米非司酮与米索禁忌症,经B超检视确诊为宫内正常妊娠孕囊大小在3.0cm内,自愿选用药物流产者613例。停经时间最短35天,最长56天。孕囊最小1.0×1.0cm,最大为3.4×3.0cm。年龄最小19岁,最大36岁,其中23～29岁多数。
