探讨松针提取液对慢性便秘小鼠通便功能及肠道抗氧化能力的影响。将76只雄性小鼠按体重随机分在空白组、便秘组、1∶1、1∶20和1∶40(g∶m L)松针组、1∶20(g∶m L)大黄组。复方地芬诺酯造模后,给予各剂量组相应提取液干预(1次/d),给予便秘组和空白组生理盐水。一周后评价松针提取液的通便作用和肠道的抗氧化能力。结果显示,造模两周后,便秘组丙二醛(MDA)含量比空白组显著升高(p<0.01)。经松针提取液干预后,小鼠排便时间缩短(p<0.05),排便的粒数和重量增加(p<0.05),MDA含量降低(p<0.05),超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性增强(p<0.05),一氧化氮(NO)的含量减少(p<0.05)。说明松针提取液能提高肠道抗氧化能力和促进通便的作用。
To investigate the effect of pine needle extract on cathartic function and intestinal antioxidant capacity in chronic constipation mice. 76 male mice were randomly divided into blank group, constipation group, 1: 1, 1:20 and 1:40 (g: m L) pine needles and 1:20 (g: m L) rhubarb groups. After the compound diphenoxylate model, give the corresponding dose of each dose group intervention (1 / d), giving constipation group and blank group of saline. A week later, the pine needle extract was evaluated for laxation and intestinal antioxidant capacity. The results showed that after two weeks of modeling, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in constipation group was significantly higher than that in blank group (p <0.01). After the intervention of pine needles, the defecation time was shortened (p <0.05), the number and weight of defecation increased (p <0.05), MDA content decreased (p <0.05), superoxide dismutase (SOD) The activity of GSH-Px increased (p <0.05) and the content of nitric oxide (NO) decreased (p <0.05). Pine needles extract can improve intestinal antioxidant capacity and promote laxative effect.
