有位好友从外地出差回来,送给我一件天蓝色加白条纹的外衣式羊毛衫,她对我说:“这就是你。”我对着镜子细细品味她的话,觉得有道理。 服装反映了一个人对自己的看法与希望自己具有什么样的理想形象之间的协调关系。美国著名心理学家詹姆士把自我分为“物质的我”、“精神的我”、“社会的我”3部分。‘物质的我”包括一个人的身体以及主要的物质财富;“精神的我”指一个人内在的精神状态,如气质、兴趣、抱负、理想和信念等;“社会的我”则是指“我”的身份、地位,对自己在别人心目中的形象的认识。服装将自我概念向他人传递,而他人的反应又会带来自我的强化,所以要得体地着装首先要学会分析自己。
