作者就肠道蠕虫感染与嗜酸性粒细胞增多的相关性,对165例成人进行了抽样观察(见附表),发现正常成人与不同蠕虫感染者外周血嗜酸粒细胞的绝对数有很大差别。经统计学处理,正常人群与单纯蛔虫感染者外周血嗜酸粒细胞绝对数的平均值相比,P<0.001,二者有高度显著性差异。即:蛔虫感染者外周血嗜酸粒细胞的绝对数平均值显著高于正常人群。钩虫感染,鞭虫感染,钩虫合并蛔虫感染,或鞭虫合并蛔虫感染者与单纯蛔虫感染者外周血嗜酸粒细胞的绝对数的平均值相比,经 t 检验,P<0.001。即:前者外周血嗜酸粒细胞绝对数的平均
The author of intestinal worm infection and eosinophilia, 165 adults were sampled (see the table) and found that normal adults and different helminth infections, the absolute number of peripheral blood eosinophils are large difference. By statistical analysis, the normal population and simple roundworm infection peripheral blood eosinophil absolute number compared to the average, P <0.001, both highly significant difference.
