目的和方法 :应用电镜细胞化学方法 ,对缺血 -再灌流损伤过程中活性氧的产生及细胞内钙变化情况进行研究。结果 :缺血期 ,细胞内钙明显增多 ,而此时尚无H2 O2 产生 ;缺血后再灌流早期H2 O2 大量产生 ,细胞内钙与缺血期类似 ;再灌流晚期H2 O2 产生有所减少 ,而细胞内钙持续增高。结论 :钙及活性氧都参与缺血再灌流损伤 ,但其参与时机及作用并不相同。
PURPOSE AND METHODS: The generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) and intracellular calcium changes during ischemia-reperfusion injury were studied by electron microscopy cytochemistry. Results: During ischemia, intracellular calcium increased significantly, but there was no H2O2 production at this time. In the early period of reperfusion after ischemia, a large amount of H2O2 was produced, and intracellular calcium was similar to ischemic phase. H 2 O 2 production decreased at the later stage of reperfusion, The intracellular calcium continued to increase. Conclusion: Both calcium and reactive oxygen species are involved in ischemia-reperfusion injury, but their timing and effect are not the same.
