目的探索个体化饮食控制对妊娠期糖尿病患者治疗结局的影响。方法 90例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组患者给予常规治疗和饮食控制,观察组患者给予常规治疗和个体化饮食控制。对比分析两组患者的妊娠结局。结果观察组患者的饮食依从率93.33%高于对照组的77.78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇并发症总发生率13.33%低于对照组的33.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿并发症总发生率4.44%低于对照组的20.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个体化饮食控制用于妊娠期糖尿病患者中有助于改善母儿结局,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of individualized diet control on the outcome of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 90 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus as research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given routine treatment and diet control, and patients in the observation group were given routine treatment and individualized diet control. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with pregnancy outcomes. Results The compliance rate of diet in the observation group was 93.33% higher than that in the control group (77.78%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of maternal complications in the observation group was 13.33% lower than that in the control group (33.33%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total incidence of neonatal complications in the observation group was 4.44% lower than that in the control group (20.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Individualized dietary control for gestational diabetes mellitus helps to improve maternal and child outcomes and is worth promoting.
